This website and service are operated by Qadr Matchmakers (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services—including signing up, browsing, or submitting your profile—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies provided through the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Purpose

Qadr Matchmakers is a Muslim-run matchmaking platform created to help individuals pursue marriage through a process grounded in Islamic principles, mutual respect, and intentionality.

We provide profile creation, matchmaking, curated introductions, and follow-up through a guided process. Direct messaging is not available—communications are facilitated by our team.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age
A Muslim individual seeking marriage
Committed to using our service in a halal and respectful manner

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension or removal.

4. Use of the Service

You agree:

To use Qadr Matchmakers only for the purpose of seeking marriage
Not to impersonate others or submit false information
Not to contact other users outside the Qadr platform without mutual consent
To maintain Islamic etiquette and avoid any form of harassment, coercion, or inappropriate conduct

5. Privacy and Data Use

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your information for matchmaking purposes and service improvement only. Photos and sensitive data are shared only with your permission and never publicly displayed.

6. Payments and Refunds

All service fees are outlined on our website and are due at sign-up.
Payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy.
Gift cards or promotional offers may be withheld if a refund is requested before the 14-day cancellation window.
Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

7. Matchmaking and Introductions

Our process includes:

Reviewing your form/profile
Identifying potential matches
Facilitating virtual meetings with your wali (if applicable) and a member of our team
Gathering feedback and next steps

We do not guarantee a match within a specific timeframe but aim to support you throughout your journey.

8. Conduct and Restrictions

You may not use Qadr Matchmakers to:

Violate Islamic values or UK laws
Mislead, scam, or harass other users
Send or receive explicit, inappropriate, or disrespectful content
Attempt to bypass our team’s process or directly contact users outside the platform

Qadr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qadr Matchmakers will not be liable for:

Inaccurate user-submitted information
Missed matches or outcomes of introductions
Technical issues or temporary downtime
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to £100 or the amount paid by you in the last 6 months—whichever is greater.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Qadr platform (logos, copy, branding, process) is the intellectual property of Qadr Matchmakers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Terms
Restrict access for misuse, disrespectful behaviour, or false intentions
Delete profiles or data following termination, except where required by law

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our team.

12. External Services

We may use third-party services (like Stripe, email automation, or analytics tools) as part of our service delivery. We are not responsible for their content or performance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website. Your continued use of Qadr Matchmakers constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom, unless resolved informally or through arbitration.
