After receiving your matches, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with individuals in a halal, respectful way. During a 30-minute virtual meeting, our matrimonial team will introduce you and your match and you’ll have the opportunity to connect.

Feedback & Next Steps
At the end of your 30-minute virtual meeting, our matrimonial team will gather feedback and next steps in a 1-1 chat. This means no awkwardness, fine-tuned matching and mutual respect between you and your matches.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We understand circumstances may change. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of payment. Refunds will only be processed if the matchmaking process has not yet begun (i.e. no matches have been introduced).
How long does it take to find a match?
Every individual is different, and the process can vary depending on your preferences and the availability of suitable matches. We want you to find your soulmate as soon as possible but we also want to ensure you’re matched with the right person. Our goal will always focus on quality over speed but we do our best to do both!
As a woman, do I need my wali/ guardian present?
Yes, we request all women joining our service to have some form of representation from their family to support them through this process. If this is not possible, our matrimonial team will provide this support system.
How much does it cost?

How is my profile viewed?
Your information is completely private and only viewed by the matrimonial team during the matching process. Matches are made without seeing first name, last name and email. This ensures matches are made solely on the information provided regarding values, preferences, etc. Prior to agreeing to meet, your matches will only see a profile that you have pre-approved so you will remain anonymous until you choose to meet virtually.
How do I meet my matches?
Once you’re matched, you’ll receive an email with the profiles to review and a short form to complete on how you’d like to move forward.
Matches will be invited to a 30-minute zoom meeting with a wali/ guardian present for the woman and 1-2 members of our matrimonial team. The first 5-10 minutes will be introductions and an informal chat after which you have the choice to speak for 15 minutes. The team will monitor without video or audio. We request no contact information is shared at this stage.
You will then have a 5-minute debrief with a member of the matrimonial team on a 1-1 basis so you can share how you’d like to move forward and your thoughts on the match.
What happens after the virtual meeting?
Once the meeting ends, you will receive a notification on how your match chooses to move forward and any relevant next steps. If matches are not moving forward, we continue your search!
Can I sign up on behalf of someone, e.g. my son or daughter?
Yes, you can! When completing the intake form, you will be asked if you are completing this on behalf of someone and you can provide the relevant details there. You will need the consent of this person during this process. All communication regarding matches and meeting will be done with them directly.
