What condition must be change?
You have the ability to change your MINDSET “your thinking,” your behavior, your habits!!
2 things holding you back from your dreams”
1) Emotional Issue related to subconscious
Various emotional issues are holding you back from achieving the life that you may want for yourself. They may be a result of fear anger anxiety grief sorrow sadness laziness cowardice and a host of derivatives extending there from. First you must begin to use your inner power of focusing which requires you to ask yourself important questions and then answer your questions. This will engage your conscious mind and set the platform for new habits and self motivation. Most important question first. What is my purpose for being created? Why was I created? You must answer these questions for your benefit. To point you in the right direction and motivate you, you must know that you are already a winner at this game called life because before you were conceived there were millions if not billions of sperm cells competing to impregnate your mother’s egg and you out of the countless cells won the title. Now pat yourself on the back then ask and answer your questions. What are you good at? That’s what really matters.
Now to deal with your emotional issues you have to find out what they are and where they come from. You now have the power to get that done. The most powerful and effective way to take care of these emotional issues is by following the example that God Almighty sent to his most beloved prophet and messenger. The prophet of God Almighty would supplicate to our Lord and say, O God Almighty, “Protect me from fear, anger, sadness, grief laziness and cowardice, and protect me from debt and being overpowered by men and their instrumentalilties.
Next, Ask yourself the questions and go search for the answers. You always have to go back to the beginning of your life and find out what you picked up along your journey until now. We hardly ever revisit issues we dealt with why we were young kids. You must seek out who you grew up with and around and how they affected your life and determine if that still affects you today. Ask yourself the questions how were my parents or guardians with money and finances? How were they around family and friends? What were there fears! Their strength and weaknesses? This is how you begin to define yourself and determine your emotional related issues. One of the best and easiest ways is to ask yourself, your family and friends who you grew up with or around.
Assignment. Make a list of all the questions (at least 10-20) you want and need to know about yourself, from your family and close friends. Ex. What was my mother /father, grandmother, great-grandparents like? How did they deal with life issues such as family money work health faith etc. Write or record all your answers on paper, in your memory or a device if needed. Then review all of your answers and pay attention to your life, your questions and answers closely for the next 7-21 days and then you will always continue to pay more close attention to your life and habits. This assignment should take care of the two things holding you back.
2) Habits related to subconsciousness from parents or people you grew up around.
An example of this subconscious behavior also referred to as genetics, is how a grandfather, who was a builder had a grandson who never met his grandfather, however the grandson grew up to be a builder as well. Also, everyone you come in contact with in your life has an effect you whether you know it or not! Learned behavior is real. Once you have completed the above assignment, you will be fully prepared to determine your learned and subconscious habits both good and bad, and probably where they all came from as well. When you become aware, find out or recognize the good habits, you should be thankful for them, cherish them, and continue those habits. When you become aware, find out and recognize the bad habits you have to write them down, make a mental note and then replace all of those habits with new exciting habits (your written goals).
2 things stopping you from going forward to achieve your dreams
1) Little to No written goals for long or short term.
The first main component responsible for stopping you from moving forward to achieve your dreams is the lack of writing down clearly defined goals. The reason this is so important because your conscious mind which carries out your everyday task (your reality), has no language to communicate with your subconscious mind. The only connection is a dream or vision (deep thoughts). So ask yourself how can my deepest thoughts and desires become your reality? The problem here is, How will you make your conscious mind see, read, practice, or act or carryout your thoughts and dreams. This is explained in technique #1.
2) Always wanting to do things your way!
The second component responsible for stopping you from going forward is you, you ego or whatever you want to call it. You always want to do everything your way. This is your biggest problem. You have to learn to strive for the goals that you set and don’t think it’s going to be a cake walk. God Almighty says, “that man shall have only what he strives for!” You will get what you want but not doing things your way. Your life is a part of God’s plan! You will be tried and tested so that you know for certain that God Almighty was the only one responsible for making your dream a reality, so you will have gratitude for Him.
Technique #1 Setting Goals For tomorrow
Why set goals? After you define your dreams, Setting written goal brings your dreams to your conscious mind so that it can begin to carryout daily actions which ultimately gets results.
The importance of Goal Setting? FOCUS!! Its like seeing vs. not seeing. You must write down goals and then make them crystal clear by rehearsing them. This is your platform for new habits. New habits have to be put in place to get rid of old habits. Making your life is different from just living it! Goal setting is like playing offense, you call the play and you get an opportunity to put points on the board.
Why get a focusing partner or coach? A focusing partner should always be utilized when attempting to carryout new habits. Your partner and you must call each other every other day or every week to stay motivated and accountable for your actions. This helps accomplish actions which lead to fulfillment of goals.
Assignment: Start making your life and planning for your new good habits. Make a list of 30 to 50 one year to three year goals. Begin with the words “I intend to …..” then just write what comes to your mind. When yo finished writing your goals go back over them and add more detail to the same goals. “Be more specific” and add a date or deadline for your goals. Do this two more times for a total of three revisions. Balance your goals with the following areas… Financial, Business/Work, Health, Relationships,Contribution, Personal, Vacation/Fun time.
Technique #2 Rehearsing Your Goals
What’s the purpose of rehearsing? To change
One of the most effective ways to rehearse is to use more of your senses. The more you use them, the more you retain. Their are five ways to reach the brain, your five senses. You must see your goals, you must write your goals you must speak your goals so you can hear your goals. Lastly you must ultimately memorize your goals! This is your best kept secret. Rehearsing is the act of careful examination, repetition- going over and over your goals until they reach your mind with understanding. This leads directly to memorization. Why is it important to memorize your goals.
Assignment: Read your list of goals to yourself “aloud” every day for the next 30 days and watch how much your life changes.
Technique #3 Memorizing Your Goals
What’s the point of memorizing your goals? Embedding them in your subconscious! Recall them at will and always remind yourself so you can carry out the action to achieve your crystal clear goal. Why do you think the four men who orchestrated and engineered the school system gave you a curriculum? Then made it mandatory for all children to attend every day for five days straight Monday to Friday? When you practice something everyday, you will memorize it. You will become an expert. It becomes reality, you have effectively embedded that goal or action in your subconscious mind and your conscious mind and you acted on it until it becomes second nature. That my dear friend is how you achieve every single goal you set out to get. That is striving! Do you spend that much time on your own goals, Your own life? Or are you trapped in these four men indoctrinating society? Working their jobs, sending your dear child to their schools, to continue in your footsteps always supporting someone else dreams and visions. Ask yourself do you want to break that hypnotic disease which was unleashed on the masses? Do you want to finally take control of your own life and the lives of your loved ones. Do you want to find your “Qadr” your powerful destiny given to you by you Lord God Almighty?
Man shall have only what he/she strives for!
Assignment: Take your top 7-10 goals and recite them often until you have memorized them.T
Your results will begin to speak for themselves. Staying focused when life brings its trials, hardships and test may destroy your motivation so we recommend the following:
- Building a focus group of like minds, meet regularly.
- Never fear investing on new products, new reading materials, new programs and different strategies. Its like buying a new car, house, clothes etc. It makes you happy, motivates you, gives you new ideas, opportunities, and keeps you going.
